1 / LAND SURVEYS

For customers who may have some specific location challenges, we offer on-site consultation services to ensure that you get the right building for your location. If your property is further than 60 miles from our flagship location, you can provide us with photos or videos of your property and receive experienced analysis from our team. 

2 / CONSULTATION & DESIGN

Our Crossroads Design Team would love to work with you to create custom design plans for your building. This includes exterior and interior plans. 

Basic Application & Sales Consultation on related to a standard building product: FREE

Basic Design Consultation - includes level 1 CAD drawings - for customer use: $60

Basic Design Consultation - includes level 2 CAD drawings - for permits, contractors: $120

Foundation & Site Prep Drawings - permits, contractors: $80

Enhanced Design - includes level 3 CAD drawings with Interior Floor Plan: $175

Advanced Design - includes level 3 CAD drawings with Floor Plan, Electrical, Plumbing: $250

Earnest monies to hold a building for up to 3 days, 3% of sale price, non-refundable.

Earnest monies to hold a building for up to 14 days, 5% of sale price, non-refundable.

Any applicable fees are to paid upon receipt, regardless if the customer purchases a building or not. These paid fees are not refundable. 

​

Any paid fees would be applied as part of the down payment on the purchase of the designed building. 

​

If the customer purchases a building, but not the one which CAD design work was involved, the paid fees would not be applied toward the down payment.
